January 2003 Hello and Happy New Year! Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of meeting for our traditional Nobel Reception to light up our December. However, it looks like we will have the chance to have a make-up for this event with a visit in March from Dr. Carl Djerassi, one of the most well known professors from Stanford. See below for more information. We are very sorry for the lack of communication this fall. Our board has been extremely busy for the past few months: two births, two people moving house, one person completely renovating, and one finishing a PhD thesis. But now things seem to be calming down. So, we recently had a meeting and have a few things to communicate with you. Club Dues Academic Year 2002-2003 Please don't forget to pay the Club dues for Sept 2002 to Sept 2003. The fee is the same as last year: 150 kr per household. Please pay to pg 10 27 18-4 (postgiro enclosed). As a member of the Stanford Club, you and your family are invited to all of the club's activities.
